Jason Masterson│No Stone Left Unturned
Jason Masterson is our experienced paralegal based in the firm’s Fox Cities’ and Appleton office locations. Mr. Masterson joined the firm in January of 2013. He attended University of Phoenix for Business Administration and, thereafter, obtained a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Blackstone Career Institution in 2009.
He has more than seven years of legal experience in the areas of drunk driving (OWI) and criminal defense, civil law, and family law litigation. He is highly experienced in all stages of litigation within his areas of focus, including legal research and writing, factual investigations, assisting in the discovery process, municipal, trial and appellate court litigation and preparation, and providing support at trial. Jason has actively assisted and co-chaired in fourteen (14) criminal jury trials with his supervising attorney, most of which resulted in “not guilty” verdicts. Most notably, he assisted and co-chaired in a jury trial which resulted in the client’s acquittal for first-degree intentional homicide.
Jason’s past life experiences affords him a unique sense of empathy and compassion towards his clients’ legal situations and contributes to his unrelenting drive for client advocacy. He has a reputation within his firm as a creative problem solver and an “outside-the-box” thinker. Jason’s level of dedication and many years of experience allow him to constructively contribute to the legal strategy developed by his supervising attorney in each client’s case. He places great effort on achieving the best results available under the facts of each client’s legal situation.
Jason enjoys working with the attorneys and staff of Kaehne, Cottle, Pasquale & Associates, S.C. He admires the firm’s approach to its representation of its clients as he understands the importance of tailoring legal strategies to each client’s individual legal situation and the necessity of providing intelligent, logical, straight-forward and, sometimes, tough legal advice to its clients. Grateful to be a part of such a great legal team, Jason pours his all into each case and strives for client satisfaction in each case he works on in order to continue to advance the great reputation of KCP Law.
On a personal note, Jason is married with three children – two boys and one girl. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, and having the occasional cigar.
